By-Laws
By-Laws establish the existence of our community association, define its structure and provide its rules of governance.
The Lot Improvement Program was adopted as part of the By-Laws with the September 4, 2009 revision.
Rules & Regulations
Rules & Regulations (and its Table of Contents) have been adopted by the association to regulate the operation of the community and the activities of its members in order to provide for a safe, healthy and attractive community.
Minutes of Board of Directors and Annual Meetings
The Board of Directors meets montlhy to conduct the business of the community associaiton. Minutes of those meetings are posted here after they have been finalized and approved during a subsequent meeting. The Board's email is blboard@ptd.net.

Committee Activities
Committees, comprised of community members, are at the heart of what makes Birchwood Lakes what it is. Committee members address and act on issues that affect all aspects of life in the community.
